Tellimine
Tellimuse esitamine
Esmalt, et www.ehtemaag.ee e-poes tooteid tellida peate end e-poes kasutajaks registreerima. E-poest saavad tellida, oma varasemate tellimuste ajalugu vaadata ja uudiskirju saada vaid registreeritud kasutajad. Registreerimise protsess on kiire ja lihtne, seda tuleb läbida vaid üks kord. Tulevikus ei pea Te enam sisestama kõiki oma andmed, kuid kindlasti tuleb kontrollida andmete õigsust enne tellimuse kinnitamist. Peale registreerimisandmete sisestamist tuleb Teie e-postile e-mail autoriseerimislingiga, mis tuleb kinnitada.
Tellimuse vormistamine
Tellimuse esitamiseks peate lisama valitud kauba ostukorvi, vajutades vastavale nupule iga toote juures. Vahepealset ostusummat saate kohe näha ja vajadusel, toodete koguseid lisada või eemaldada.
NB! Kuniks kaup on Teie ostukorvis ja ostuprotsess on lõpetamata, on see saadaval ka kõikidele teistele ostjatele.
NB! Kauba posti viimine toimub tööpäeviti, reeglina kuni kella 17-ni õhtul.
Maksmine
Kui kõik vajalikud tooted on lisatud ostukorvi, saate vormistada tellimust
Peale makse- ja transpordiviisi valimist saadetakse kliendile e-mailile teavitus tema tellimuse kohta, tellimuse eest tuleb tasuda 5 tööpäeva jooksul. Ainult siis loetakse tellimise protsess lõpuni viiduks.
Teie e-mailile tuleb kinnitus, et tellimus on meie poolt vastuvõetud/kinnitatud. Kui makse on Sinine Kuu OÜ-le laekunud, paneme kauba teele nii pea kui võimalik aga mitte hiljemalt, kui 5 tööpäeva jooksul. Kauba teele panekust teavitame tellijat e-mailile kinnitava e-kirjana(Kaup teele pandud).

Kui olete e-poest teinud tellimusi kogusummas üle 300 € siis laieneb staatus pronkskliendiks -3%,
järgmine aste on hõbeklient , kui tellimusi kogusummas üle 500 € soodus -5%
üle 800 € eest siis olete kuldklient -7%
ja hulgimüük on -10%, klientidele, kellel tellimusi summaarselt üle 1200 €

Registration and ordering
In the online shop Ehtemaag can be ordered only registered users.
The registration process is quick and easy, it is necessary to pass only once. In the future you will not have to enter all your data, but before confirming of each order be sure to check the correctness of the data. Once you fill out all required fields, You will receive e-mail with authorization link, so it is very important that the email address in Your personal data is real and valid.
Ordering
To place orders please add the selected item in your shopping cart by clicking the appropriate button near each product. You can always see the amount of goods that are already in the shopping cart in the upper right corner.
NB!!! Until the goods are in your cart and purchase process is not completed, this product is available for other buyers.
Payment
When all the chosen products was added to the basket, you can begin the ordering process. We accept payment in the following ways:

PayPal (Legacy) will be best choice for international orders. payment to: info@ehtemaag.ee Please add note with order number when paying with paypal. People living in Estonia please choose Swed or SEB-bank for payments.
Once you have chosen method of payment and delivery option and confirmed the order, an ivoice will be sent to your email.
After the purchase process you will be informed about the order status.
All of your orders and their statuses can be seen in the User menu, clicking on Account Maintenance.
All prices in e-shop www.ehtemaag.ee are shown in euros and does’t include VAT tax. VAT tax dont apply to goods.
Cost of goods excludes shipping cost. It will be added and its amount will be shown in the invoice.

We send the goods, bought in www.ehtemaag.ee, worldwide.

Goods bought in the online shop Ehtemaag, will be shipped via AS Eesti Post or OÜ SmartPost, in accordance with your desire:

By choosing this service, please arrange about appointment by phone or email. Orders are issued at: Aisa 9-1, Pärnu.
Order over 30 € – 0 EUR If the amount of your order exceeds that amount, choose this service. Parcel will be shipped free by registered post. If you wish to receive a parcel with SmartPost or Post24 please choose suitable parcel terminal from the list.
Orders over 30 € system will automatically shows shipping fee 0€ (SmartPost and Post24)
Also be sure that your mobile phone number listed in your data, since Post24 and SmartPost send SMS to this number when the parcel will be arrived.
Simple packet (at your own risk) – 1.30 EUR We advise to choose this service only if you are sure that your mailbox can accommodate packet and the postal employees in your region do not leave a parcel near the mailboxes. Ehtemaag(Sinine Kuu OÜ) is not responsible for the parcel since it gives to postal worker hands.
Insured packet – 2.50 EUR Safe and low-price shipping way. Entering the code on the home page of AS Eesti Post can check movement parcel to its destination.
Post24 – 2.40 EUR Fast, low-price and convenient shipping way. 24 hours open parcel terminal! Choose the parcel terminal from the list that appeares choosing Post24 option. Also be sure to check your mobile phone number listed in your data, since Post24 send SMS to this number when the parcel will be arrived.
SmartPost – 2.79 EUR Safe, low-price and convenient shipping way. By choosing this service, be sure to write the name of the parcel terminal in the column for comments before order confirmation. Also be sure to check your mobile phone number listed in your data, since SmartPost send SMS to this number when the parcel will be arrived.
Courier ELS Pluss – 4.75 EUR Safe and convenient shipping way, if you want to receive the parcel directly to your home or office the next day. Courier will call the recipient and specifies a convenient delivery time.
International
NB!!! Orders over 60 € will be shipped FREE worldwide by registered post.
Order over 60 € – Free. If the amount of your order exceeds that amount, choose this service. Parcel will be shipped worldwide FREE by registered post.
International orders below 60 € in Europe – 4.50 EUR (If the parcel is heavier that 250 grams additional shipping fee may apply) Please contact with Ehtemaag by email: info@ehtemaag.ee to discuss further details.
If the address of the recipient’s premises is located outside of Estonia, choose this method of delivery. You pay only these charge regardless of the destination and weight of the parcel. Parcel will be shipped by priority registered post.
All parcels are sent as soon as possible but not later than within 2 working days.
If we have an obstacle to sending your order, we will inform you about it as soon as possible by phone or e-mail.
When the parcel will be shipped, you will receive e-mail with the relevant confirmation. Also will be changed order status in your account.
Return goods
For all goods purchased in the online shop ehtemaag, acts back guarantee 14 days in accordance with § 49, paragraph 1 of the Law of Obligations Act. To return the goods, please write a statement via e-mail info and info@ehtemag.ee
en ship the goods in original packaging with printed invoice. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. Money for returned goods will be transferred to the same bank account from which was made payment for the order immediately but not later than 30 days after receipt of goods (Law of Obligations Act, § 49, paragraph 1.4).
NB!!! Shipping costs paid at time of ordering, are non-refundable. Return goods are sending back at the expense of buyer.
